ℹ️About this Service
Set against the scenic vineyard landscapes of Binissalem, Celler Tianna Negre is an international benchmark for sustainability, bioclimatic architecture, and fine winemaking in the Balearic Islands. Established in 2007 by the Morey-Garau family as a tribute to their grandmother Antonia 'Tianna', the gravity-fed winery operates on solar power with minimal ecological impact. The estate oversees more than 55 hectares of certified organic vineyards championing indigenous grapes: Manto Negro, Callet, Prensal Blanc, and Giró Ros. Acclaimed cuvées like 'Ses Nines' and 'Tianna Bocchoris' pair with an elegant Wine Bar and sommelier tastings featuring local KM0 artisan pairings.
